Bicycle, burgers, and Birthday Parties

Recipe: Bicycle Burgers
2 cups of black eyed peas
1/2 cup of corn kernels
1/2 peas
2 small zucchini
1/3 cup of tahini
1/2 an onion
1 tsp curry powder
2 cloves of garlic
Jalapeno flakes, salt, and pepper to taste
Buns, fixin's and condiments of your choice

Avocado Milk shakes
2 avocados
1L of soy or rice milk
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp of vanilla

Directions:
Mix the ingredients for the burgers in a large bowl. Mash them until they form a nice goopy consistency. form into burger patties and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. FOr the shakes just blend all of your ingredients until they are a smooth green color.


Recipe: Birthday cake
1/2 cup vegan margarine
2-3/4 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons egg replacer
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup soy milk
1/2 cup water
1-3/4 cup of raw sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt and set aside. Add egg replacer and 1/4-cup water and set aside. Mix soy milk and 1/2-cup water, and set aside.

In large bowl of electric mixer, beat margarine until it is creamy. Gradually add sugar until well creamed. Beat in vanilla. Add mixed dry ingredients and mixed soy milk/water alternately to creamed margarine, sugar, and vanilla, beating after each addition. Begin and end with flour mixture. Add mixed egg replacer along with the last addition of liquid. dump it into two small cake pans

Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes, or until done . Remove from oven and let cool . Add frosting or decoration of your coice and enjoy.
